Placing an order with Poker Supply Central is easy and efficient.  With our secure online shopping cart all you need to do is enter your credit card information and shipping address.  This allows us to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse will typically ship your order within two business days.  If you are more comfortable placing your order by phone, just call us toll free at 1-877-770-7472.

Shipping Time

Most orders ship within two business days from when the order was placed.  It can take between 7 - 10 days to arrive with ground shipping.  If you need a rush order, please call or email us to discuss arrangements.

Shipping Methods

At this time we can only ship to the United States and Canada.  Poker Supply Central offers shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., noon or end of the next business day, depending on destination. Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit. Orders must be received by 2:00pm (EST) to ship on the business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Order must be received by 2:00pm (EST) to ship on the next business day.

UPS 3 Day Select®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to every address in the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be received by 2:00pm (EST) to ship on the next business day.

UPS Ground: Guaranteed day-definite ground delivery to every address within the 48 contiguous states. Orders generally ship with in 3 - 4 business days after it is received.

Canadian shipments are sent via U.S./Canadian Post..  The Canadian shipping costs are not calculated in the shopping cart when you check out.  Shipping charges to Canada will be added after checkout.

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders in the state of Colorado.  All other states are sales tax exempt.
