We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Poker Supply Central.  It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality poker chips and supplies available.  However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the item for a refund or exchange.

Returns will gladly be accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling fees and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

1. All items must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Any items returned due to damage or incorrect shipping will be replaced at no cost.
3. Items returned for exchange, not due to damage or incorrect shipping, will be subject to shipping fees and 15% restocking fees.
4. You must receive an Authorization for Return number before you return your order.
5. Items received without an Authorization for Return number will be returned to the customer, no excetions.

If you need to return something, please send an email to customer.returns@pokersupplycentral.com or phone toll free within 7 days to receive an Authorization for Return.  Please include the following information in your email:

• Zip

• emails
• Reason for return

Your Authorization for Return number and instructions for completing the return will be sent to your email address.

Your full purchase price will be refunded to you when the returned product is received.  Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Poker Supply Central.  Please allow two weeks for credit to be issued.

Please use a traceable shipping service for all returns (i.e., UPS or FedEx).
